Good to receive free laundry per day but communication could be better as they tried to charge me extra at check out. When I explained I was sure it was free because I checked carefully before I used the free service, the staff cancelled the charge at the end but he was not happy at all. This has completely changed my impression of the hotel.
Location was good. Apart from the check out experience, the service was good.
